Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern your use of msng.ai (the “Service”), operated by Individual Entrepreneur Anton Borzenko (identification number 306474008), Police Lane I N5, floor 2, N4a, Samgori District, Tbilisi, Georgia (“we”, “us”). By creating a page, signing in or otherwise using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

The Service lets you create a one-page card with buttons that lead to your messengers, social networks, phone, email or website, and publish it at an address such as msng.ai/p/Ab3xY9. It also shows you statistics about visits to your page. The Service is currently free of charge. We may change, add or remove features at any time.

2. Who may use it

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for it.

You may not use the Service if you are located in a country subject to comprehensive sanctions, or if you appear on a government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

3. Your account

You sign in with Google or with a one-time code sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping access to that email or Google account secure, and for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly at postmaster@msng.ai if you think someone else has used it.

You can start a page before signing in. Such a guest draft is tied to your browser; if you clear its data or do not sign in, the draft may be lost and is deleted after a period of inactivity.

4. Your page and your content

You keep all rights to the text and contact details you put on your page. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display and transmit that content, and to analyse it for moderation, for as long as needed to run the Service. The licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies we must keep by law.

You are responsible for your page. In particular, you confirm that:

  • the phone numbers, usernames, addresses and links on it are yours, or you may use them;
  • its content is accurate and lawful, and does not infringe anyone’s rights;
  • you understand that a published page is public: anyone with the address can see it and the contact details on it.

Your page’s address is assigned automatically and does not change when you publish again. It remains ours to assign; we may change or withdraw it if it is abused, confusing or needed to comply with the law.

5. What is not allowed

You may not use the Service, or a page on it, to:

  • offer, sell or promote goods or services that are illegal where offered or where received;
  • defraud people: fake shops, advance-fee or investment schemes, phishing, collecting payment or credentials under false pretences;
  • impersonate a person, brand or organisation, or suggest an affiliation that does not exist;
  • publish sexual content, or offer sexual services;
  • publish any content that sexualises, exploits or endangers minors;
  • promote violence, terrorism, or hatred against people based on who they are;
  • harass, threaten or dox anyone, or publish someone else’s contact details without consent;
  • link to malware or to pages built to deceive visitors;
  • send spam, or disguise where a button actually leads;
  • interfere with the Service: probing or breaking its security, overloading it, scraping it at scale, or creating pages in bulk by automated means;
  • infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark or other rights, or break any applicable law.

6. Moderation and enforcement

Pages are published immediately and checked afterwards, automatically, by an AI model, whenever their text changes. A page can be approved, queued for review by a person, or declined. A declined page is not shown to visitors, and you will see a short reason in your account.

We may, at our discretion and without notice, hide or remove any page, withdraw its address, limit how many pages you can create or publish, and suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or put visitors at risk. Moderation cannot catch everything — for example, a harmless page with a phone number that leads to a fraudster — so we also act on reports. To report a page or contest a decision, write to postmaster@msng.ai.

We have no obligation to monitor pages, and our checks do not mean we endorse or vouch for any page or its owner.

7. Statistics

The statistics we show are estimates. Browsers, in-app browsers, blockers and privacy settings can prevent a view or click from being recorded, and your own visits are excluded where we can tell they are yours. Do not rely on them where precision matters.

8. Other services

Buttons on pages lead to services we do not control — WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber, Messenger, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, LINE and others. Whether a link opens a chat depends on those services, their apps and the visitor’s device and settings, and may stop working if they change. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by any of them. Their names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify where a button leads.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using the Service at any time, delete your pages, and ask us to delete your account at postmaster@msng.ai. We may suspend or end your access as described in section 6, or if we stop providing the Service. When your account ends, your pages stop being available. Sections 4 (the licence, to the extent content must be kept), 8, 10, 11, 12 and 13 survive.

10. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, with all faults. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, that any link will open a particular app, or that any visitor will contact you.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim and 100 US dollars.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, brought by third parties and arising from your page, your content, or your breach of these Terms or of the law.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Before starting any formal proceedings, please contact us and try to resolve the dispute informally.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you live, and nothing in these Terms takes those rights away.

14. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it is limited to the minimum extent necessary and the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of the Service. These Terms, with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms. If a change is material, we will give signed-in owners at least 30 days’ notice by email or in the Service before it takes effect. By continuing to use the Service after that, you accept the new Terms; if you do not accept them, stop using the Service.
